This is a creative collaboration between us and your team of wedding design partners to discuss visual elements of the wedding. This exciting journey will take us through color schemes, lighting, textiles, floral, furniture and decor. We will work with the most talented calligraphers and graphic designers to create extraordinary printed material for your wedding. We will design a wedding that reflects your personality and style.
Execution
From wedding day timeline preparation to our final meeting, and wedding rehearsal to your wedding day, the final stretch of our planning is full of excitement and anticipation, done in the most organized fashion. There will be worksheets and reminders, and we will be there to guide and prompt you through these final steps. Our team will be on site throughout your entire wedding day to execute all the fine details and to celebrate with you on a successful wedding.

Complete Wedding Design and Planning Experience
This service is created for couples who prefer planning and designing their own wedding, but are interested in working with a seasoned event planner to oversee their wedding day. We will check in with you two months prior to your wedding to gather all the necessary information to prepare for a successful event.
We will review your vendors’ contracts and invoices, learn about any special arrangements and requests, and understand your overall vision of the day. We will serve as the main point of contact on the day of your wedding so that you may celebrate this special day with your loved ones the way you had planned and envisioned.

About two months before your wedding, we will reach out to you and begin to review your wedding documents, which may include vendors’ contracts, final invoices, floor plans, BEOs and rental orders. We will work with you to create a detailed schedule of the wedding day. From getting ready to the end of a perfect day, our wedding day timeline is an essential tool that will provide all vendors and everyone involved with the key information of the day’s events.
Execution
Our team will be on site throughout your entire wedding day to assist with and oversee the flawless execution of the entire event. We will direct all vendors, manage the bridal party, assist wedding guests and work with your team of wedding partners to ensure a successful execution of your wedding day.
Our Design-Only Experience is perfect for couples who love the hands-on process of wedding planning and booking their own vendors, but want the expertise of a professional planner to bring their wedding design vision into focus.
Through this virtual service, we will design a customized floor plan, curate a rental list with trusted sources, and provide tailored style suggestions to bring your wedding vision to life. You will also receive guidance on floral elements, stationery and signage, along with vendor recommendations to help you achieve a cohesive, beautifully executed design. Our Design-Only Experience provides a design blueprint for beautifully executed and refined weddings.
This service is strictly remote and does not include on-site execution, making it an ideal à la carte option for couples who may already have a day-of coordinator or for those who simply want floor plan, design and rental guidance while managing their own wedding logistics. Our Design-Only Experience can also be contracted alongside our Day-of Coordination / 2 Months Countdown Planning services for a more seamless planning and wedding day execution journey.
