This is our signature planning service. Our wedding consultant will help you conceptualize, prepare and execute your event from start to finish; no details will be left out. This service guarantees to create a beautiful and flawless wedding through an inclusive, stress-free and fun planning process. Please contact us for pricing details. Our Complete Wedding Planning service can be summarized as follows:

Consultation: Introductory meeting between the client and a Finishing Touch wedding consultant. Client is encouraged to bring magazine clippings, photos, swatches, budget idea, and even personal stories to share at the meeting. This meeting will allow our wedding consultant to get to know the client and receive information about her wedding style.

Proposal: After the client has made the commitment to work with Finishing Touch, our wedding consultant will provide the client with her proposal along with vendor recommendations. Our wedding consultant will recommend appropriate vendors to the client based on her style, needs, personality, budget... etc.

Interview and Contract: Our wedding consultant will accompany the client to meet with selected vendors and review all vendors’ legal documents/contracts upon bookings of their services.

Event Ambiance Design: Finishing Touch’s signature service - Creative collaboration between our wedding consultant, client and selected vendors to discuss all visual elements of the wedding. These elements include but are not limited to, invitation and other print design, floor plan/rental, linen, specialty lighting and floral. Our wedding consultant will educate the client on new wedding trends, provide assistance in designing the entire look of the event and present the client with inspirational photographs, floral samples and linen swatches to help the client to visualize the ambiance of her wedding day.

Wedding Day Timeline Development: Our wedding consultant will put together client’s wedding day timeline. Client’s wedding day timeline will provide vendors and everyone in the wedding party all the information they will need to know about the ceremony and reception program.

Final Meeting: This meeting will be held about one week prior to the wedding date. Our wedding consultant will review wedding day timeline with client, collect final balances for all vendors and review all remaining wedding related topics with the client at this meeting.

Wedding Rehearsal: This one hour walk through will provide client with all the information she needs know about the processional, ceremony and recessional order.

The Wedding Day: Finishing Touch’s team of wedding consultants will be on site all day (no time limit) to assist with and oversee the flawless execution of the entire event.
